About SFA:

Strategic Frameworks and Alliances is a dedicated, specialist business unit with sector-based resources in Custodial, Defence, Education, Health and Local Government to ensure a consistently high quality of product and service across our growing portfolio of central and local government frameworks. The current portfolio of National Framework clients includes the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Education Funding Agency, Department of Health and Scape National Minor Works programme. We also house a Best Practice and Framework Bid Strategy team that gather and communicate evidence-based best practice in support of the Construction Division’s continuous improvement programme.

About this opportunity:

On this apprenticeship you will undertake a Business Administrator level 3 programme. Whilst undertaking your academic learning you will also be working alongside our experienced teams to learn hands-on, work-based skills.

Key tasks that you will complete in this role include:

  • Utilising various IT packages and systems including MS Office
  • Maintenance of records and files in a sensitive and confidential manner
  • Effective and appropriate communication using a variety of methods
  • Planning and organising room bookings, meeting agendas, travel and accommodation bookings and catering requirements
