Brief overview of the role

Day -to-day duties

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and handling phone calls & dealing with queries
  • Undertaking administrative procedures, listing absences, holiday requests and scanned eligibility documents from recruitment team
  • Compiling, maintaining and updating records
  • Undertaking general financial administration (Updating/Creating spreadsheets, Reviewing and processing reimbursements)
  • Providing general administration support such as photocopying, filing and completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence
  • Producing information data as required, this includes organising documents in relevant files accessible by only those necessary
  • Maintaining and re-ordering stock keep a log of essential stock.
  • Operating relevant equipment/ICT packages (MS Office)

Desired Qualifications

(REQUIRED)

  • GCSE Grades C or above in Maths and English or equivalent (Level 2 Functional Skills)
  • Has lived in the EU for the last 3 years.
