Huddle is looking for a friendly and highly organised person who can add real value to our team. We need someone who understands how crucial this role is to creating a great working environment. From welcoming people as they arrive, to making sure they have the supplies they need to get their job done, to supporting the HR team as they work across the business, this is a multi-faceted role and crucial to the smooth running of the company. _x000D_

A typical day

  • Being the friendly face of Huddle: welcoming clients/guests/suppliers/employees as they come to reception and managing access to the office through the intercom
  • Communicating with suppliers and building management
  • Helping people in the office with queries
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Keeping the office tidy and well stocked (includes organising catering for weekly breakfasts)
  • Manage calendar booking system to arrange meetings and conferences and provide refreshments and equipment as required
  • Main contact for building facilities- raises needs and attends meetings as required as a channel for communication with our facilities provider
  • Day-to-day contact on Health & Safety for our office environment including DSE online training coordination
  • Coordinating internal events in our in-house auditorium, liaising with internal stakeholders including building security and external suppliers for food and drink, as needed
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
