Citi

Trade & Treasury Solutions (TTS) offers a range of cash management, trade services and finance solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations across the globe. The Trade Client Management (TCM) Team, where you will spend your time at Citi, is part of the TTS group and provides relationship management service to the customers around trade finance products

A typical day

  • Assisting in team projects/presentations/reports
  • Gathering, analysing and prioritising technical enhancements in line with the pre-approved annual budget
  • Extracting client revenue data against revenue targets
  • Engaging in projects e.g. in rolling out a new product, which would involve determining the requirements for the product, the end-to-end process, teams to be involved, country in scope and the roll out plan and timeline
  • Shadowing of contract negotiations
  • Developing and refining the on-boarding plan and defining communication and engagement strategy in terms of priority suppliers (mass communication, email, phones, webinars, face to face meeting or a combination of a few)
  • Support to create the training decks and take part in the training
  • Participation in the projects that are both client facing and internal in partnership with Citi’s implementation/project Teams in line with the pre-agreed implementation plan.
  • Facilitate deal approval preparation and tracking of approval conditions
  • Facilitate preparation of client plans and industry analysis
  • Assist the team & manager in day to day transaction issues by collaborating with other teams (e.g. Operations)

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Six months’ admin experience
